18 College Street, Sydney – Façade Defect Rectification

Apex Facades were engaged as the preferred contractor to complete large scale remediation of the aluminium elements of the façade. With challenging access and complex project requirements, Apex Facades were required to develop advanced rope access methods to achieve massive results in a short time frame. Developing a system that delivers consistent results was imperative to the success of this project. Defects were rectified, including thousands of lineal metres of aluminium extrusion replacement and weather sealing.
