111 Mary Street, Brisbane – Glass Replacement

Apex Facades were engaged to rectify a large number of glass panels on this residential tower in the heart of Brisbane. The project required extensive forward planning to liaise with tenants as the building was occupied. It’s important the impact to residents is minimal. For this reason, rope access was the preferred method of access and as cranes were not an option, our specialist hauling systems were used extensively to ensure the project was completed on time, with very little impact to the operation of the building.
