P&O Cruises – glass replacement project

This was a project out of the ordinary! Apex Facade had the amazing opportunity to work on a P&O cruise ship when it stopped over in Brisbane during its voyage. We were contacted by the P&O team and posed with the challenge of replacing a glass panel within a super tight timeframe. 

With only a 6-hour timeframe, we replaced a glass panel near the top deck, ensuring the cruise ship could depart on schedule. It was a race against time, a precise and complex job that also required us to take into consideration the high standards required for maritime safety.

With strict time restrictions and high pressure to ensure the cruise was not delayed, our trade-qualified team replaced the glass and P&O was again on its way.
